Cancellation

Flexible: Full refund up to arrival. If you cancel after check-in, you'll be charged for each night you stay, plus 1 additional night depending on time of notification. This policy is automatically applied for Government Travel and will be honored by hosts.

Standard: Full refund 7 days prior to arrival. After that, 50% refund up to check-in. There will be no refund after that.

Strict: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 7 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. There will be no refund after that.

Each listing on Crewdogs has a specific cancellation policy. This can be reviewed on the listing page, in addition to the booking page. Based on when a cancellation request is submitted, you may or may not be guaranteed your entire payment back. Crewdogs will ensure you are aware of any fees or charges prior to submitting your cancellation to the host and settling all payments.

If you must cancel a Confirmed booking, you can do so through your "Trip Details" page. Please select Reservation Help, then Cancel stay. You will then be able to provide details concerning this to Crewdogs. As previously mentioned, you may not be entitled to a full refund depending on when the request occurs.

For extenuating circumstances, please contact our support chat or call us. We will collect the details and promptly notify both you and the host if an exception to the cancellation policy is warranted.
