Both guests and hosts can be reviewed on Crewdogs. We open up the review once the stay has been confirmed. You will be prompted to write a note about your experience. At this time, pubic responses to reviews are not possible. However, if there are issues with the content of the review, we encourage guests or hosts contact Crewdogs using our support chat.

Crewdogs offers an industry low damage reimbursement plan for guest damages up to $1,000. After opt-in, a $1 per night charge is applied to the stay and charged to the guest at the time of booking. A reimbursement claim can be filed with Crewdogs through the website or app, and after a determination is made, a payout will occur. This process usually take 1-3 business days. Property damage must be declared within 14 days of the guest's check-out. This can be completed through the appropriate Trip Details page, by selecting the "Reservation Help" button, then "Reimbursement Request".
