Base rates are your standard rates that the system will default to when there are no seasonal or special rates applied. Seasonal rates can be created for months or weeks at a time for your high and low seasons. Seasonal rates will override base rates. Please note, you cannot overlap seasonal rates with other seasonal rates. For example, if you create a seasonal rate for September 1st - 30th, the next seasonal rate cannot begin until October 1st.
The imported rate from Airbnb directly pulls any dynamic pricing model or PMS that feeds your Airbnb base rate. This imported rate does NOT include any length-of-stay, promotional, seasonal rates you may apply to your Airbnb pricing, or the Airbnb smart pricing. After import, we allow you to apply length-of-stay discounts to your imported price. Your pricing will be updated from Airbnb in addition to a calendar pull, which occurs every 4 hours.
We are all familiar with the Military Discount. We at Crewdogs reduce our platform fees, so that you can provide this discount to every guest on Crewdogs without hurting your margin. This discount is applied to the total stay amount after all other discounts have been applied. It is not applied to hosting fees, or taxes. It is also not applied if you opt into Offical Gov't Travel hosting, when your rates have been lowered to meet the federal reimbursement maximums.
Length-of-stay (LOS) discounts are applied to the nightly rate that exceed the threshold. Weekly stay discounts apply for stays greater than 7 days, and monthly stay discounts apply for stays greater than 27 days. Only one discount will be applied at a time, they do not stack on each other. LOS discounts are not applied to custom seasonal rates or weekly/monthly rates, only nightly base rates.
