About the place

Private room and private bathroom on the second floor. Has heating and AC, is well lit, and comes with two closets. You’d also have additional storage room in the house itself, and/or room for furniture if you like (or alternatively, you room can be fully furnished). Full access to all common areas of the house including living room, kitchen, guest bathroom, dining room, yard, fire pit, grill, garage gym, and a driveway parking spot. All utilities to include WiFi are covered in the $1500.
