Per Hawaii law,, only available for 30+ day stays. This is a standalone unit on the ground floor in a single-family residence built in 2021. Each unit in the residence has its own entrance, private, fenced yard/lanai, laundry, assigned parking, split A/C in every room and full kitchen. There are no shared spaces. It is located in the quiet, Coconut Grove residential neighborhood in Kailua, 5-7 min from MCBH, 3/4 miles from the beach and downtown Kailua, only 5 minutes to major commute corridors, approximately 30 minutes to Honolulu/Waikiki, the airport, and many other bases on island. This unit is fully furnished down to the teaspoons, towels and beach toys. It has a shaded grassy dog run on one side of the unit and a small yard with a shady lanai, seating area and barbecue on the other. Well behaved, quiet animals are welcome.
