2 BR, 2 Ba Beachfront Condo with great views of launches and the beach! Cozy 2/2 condo with a wonderful view north and east on the Space Coast. Great for families, great for couples needing a peaceful getaway or friends wanting a fun, relaxing weekend!! Currently the exterior of the building is under construction but that does not affect the interior. Currently, due to outside construction the rear of the building is not accessible and there is no pool available. Our condo is in a great spot to watch rockets take off from Kennedy Space Center and has a beautiful view of the ocean and the sunrise. There are two televisions in the condo both with full cable. We also have DVD player. The kitchen is fully stocked with needed utensils. There are two coffee makers; one for single cups and one for a pot of coffee. The kitchen is also stocked with a variety of teas and coffee. We have high speed Wi-Fi both wireless and Cad-5 cable if needed. There is dining room table that seats six. All three beds are super soft and we have stocked the condo with extra bedding and pillows. There are both bath towels and beach towels. There are beach chairs to take to the beach and beach toys available. The balcony has recently been redone. Currently there are no screens. There is construction from 8-4pm, M-F. Currently, due to outside construction the rear of the building along the ocean is not accessible. Also, the pool is not accessible due to hurricane Nicole damage. There is a nearby park for beach access. We provide a wagon to carry your beach items. Currently there is no access to the beach or pool due to construction. We live in Orlando and will be available by phone if needed. Satellite Beach is just south of Patrick Airforce Base. You may see military planes fly over the beach. There is a bus stop outside the building and there is a really good pizza restaurant across the street, within walking distance. If a crib is needed we can provide one. satellite beach is known for its quite beaches yet so close to cocoa beach to the north and Melbourne to the south, 35-40 minutes to Kennedy space center, and one hour to Orlando,
