This charming 3bed 2bath water view home is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Enjoy views of the bay from the living room or deck. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and a large yard. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a short distance from beaches, fishing, and marinas. You'll love the convenience of being close to everything, but also having the peace and quiet of a residential area. The master bedroom has a king bed and bathroom with a shower. Both guests rooms have queen beds and there is a full bath with tub/shower in the hall. The sofa also folds out into a queen bed with a comfy memory foam mattress. There is a kitchen table that seats at least 6 and a picnic table and bar area outside. There is a laundry room downstairs equipped with a washer and dryer and the entire property (except for the driveway) is fenced. You have access to the entire property (except for a few closets that will remain locked) I will be available via the app during your stay. Please download the Airbnb app prior to your arrival so you can receive all communication during your stay. Bluff Landing Marina is only a few blocks away. There are many restaurants in the area and an HEB Plus and Walmart within a 10 minute drive. The neighborhood is a very quiet, peaceful residential neighborhood. There is enough room to park 3 vehicles in the driveway. *No commercial vehicles allowed.
