You would have your own room and bathroom. Large shared kitchen and laundry. Large fenced in backyard. Plenty of parking on the property. Willing to negotiate if you want the room furnished. Utilities (water, trash, electricity, wifi, heating and air are included). I will also take care of the lawn and landscaping.
