About the place

I have an open ROOM with separate access plus full garage GYM beneath a raised house. 10 min from beach or VA hospital downtown. Looking to help vets crash for a night or two for free, get a workout in, borrow some beach stuff, or stop in for a home cooked meal! 🦀🌊🏄‍♂️🏄‍♀️ ROOM: No furniture but can set up an inflateable mattress. Room has separate entrance but must go upstairs (or outside) for bathroom. Come and go as you please. Free street parking for a car, very safe neighborhood back on the creek. GARAGE GYM: weights 400+ lbs, Oly barbell, matted floors so you can let weight slam, dumbbells, a rack, rower, and more. If you are in town for the beach and need to lift some weights come on over anytime! BEACH STUFF: 2 beach chairs, 2 x 10’ 6” paddle boards (hard top), or a crab pot. Borrow them for however long, cruising at sunset is the best in the intercostal! I’ll show you some good spots to see dolphins and chill.
