Welcome to the Crew Nest! Convenience, Comfort and Color! Our vibrant home is centrally located in Windcrest between Randolph AFB (10 min) and Ft. Sam (16 min). It is also a short drive to Lackland and downtown amenities! The Riverwalk (20 min) and airport (13 min) are also a quick, convenient drive. *If traveling TDY, send an inquiry before booking to discuss DTS friendly rate reduction* Upon entry into the home, you’re greeted by our custom “Welcome to SATX” statement mural— a perfect backdrop for your vacation photo sesh! Continuing on, you’ll notice our 9’ ceilings enhancing the spacious office, laundry room, and half bath before entering the main gathering area — the living room, where there is plenty of seating for whole crew! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware you’ll need and an array of small kitchen appliances to include a rice cooker, crock pot, air fryer, indoor (electric) grill and griddle! The dining space offers ample seating for 6 guests. Not having a “sit down” meal? The breakfast bar offers leather barstools for (4) to sit and sip your coffee or have a quick snack! Moving upstairs, there is an open loft with a couch, two leather chairs, and a smart TV. The shelving in the loft is home to board games available for your use. Bedroom 1 - king bed, dresser, nightstands, and desk. It also has an en suite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower stall. Bedroom 2 - full bed. The second full bath is directly across the hall. Bed 3 - queen bed, nightstands, dresser, and smart tv. It is at the end of the hall by itself and shares the second full bath with bedroom 2. The backyard is fenced for privacy and does have a grill available for use. Lounge outside in the Adirondack chairs and enjoy the sun! ** Heading to KRND for training? Grab some friends and rent crashpad style! Alternate rates available for members in TDY status to meet local allowable rate and make travel vouchers easy!**
