Pool is professionally cleaned every Thursday morning. The pool is not heated however it stays enjoyable year-round since it is a southern exposure home. You will have full access to the entire home! The backyard is fully-fenced in with a 6ft privacy fence perfect for all dogs. We are always available, with the exception of late night hours. During that time we will get back to you as soon as we can. Quiet walkable neighborhood - Driveway and garage parking available - Easy access right off of main road We care deeply about providing a clean and safe place for all our guests and their families! If the cleanliness is not up to standards, including the pool or hot tub, guest must contact us within 24 hours of first day and we will send our professional cleaning crew as soon as possible. Pool and hot tub are cleaned once per week on Thursdays. BYOP: Bring your own passwords to access streaming applications! No cable. Garage is only recommended for small sedans. Guest may have to fold/move the ping pong table before use. We do not provide transportation of kayaks to boat launch. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture and must be kenneled if the guest is not present. Additional $25 per pet after 1.
