Relax at this peaceful 3 bedroom coastal hideaway on the water which is home to manatees, dolphin, fish, blue crab and birds. Cobb's Cove is within minutes of Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach, fabulous restaurants and the Gulf Breeze Zoo. Fish from the dock or explore the shallows with on-site kayaks. Relax on an expansive deck while grilling an evening meal or check out the Soundside Nature Preserve, for excellent birding and nature trail which is about 3 miles from the house. A beachy, privately owned coastal property which has been in the family for 50 years. Many items are hand made or handed down. This home has been designed and decorated with love, and intended to bring families together for memories made. All areas are of the house are accessible except for an owner's closet and an outdoor equipment shop. I am available at all times via the app and hope to have time to stop by when you arrive. I can also help plan itineraries and even lead hikes or paddle trips in the local area. Additional fees may apply. Residential neighborhood with excellent county law enforcement presence to ensure safety. Limited parking is available under the house for two vehicles. Locals often walk and bike along our street so feel free to bring your bikes! Families and responsible adults are welcome at Cobb's Cove. Government id and/or AirBNB confirmed identity may be requested. To keep our home in great shape for future bookings, only guests with a minimum of two prior, positive AirBNB reviews may be accepted. No groups or parties allowed at this home. Upon check-in, guests agree to house rules provided prior to their stay. IMPORTANT NOTE: Florida is a humid, subtropical climate supporting an awesome natural environment....insects and other small wildlife like frogs and lizards are an important part of the ecosystem. The house is treated to keep pests out, but often rain forces them to seek shelter. Bug spray is provided for your stay but is rarely needed due to the steady coastal breezes. We DO NOT offer refunds for small pests that may be observed during your stay which may include but are not limited to bug, mosquito, lizard or spider inside the house.
