The Space The studio apartment is situated behind the main house, accessed via a private, paved, and lighted alleyway. This open-concept space includes a comfortable living area, a full kitchen, central A/C and heat, and a ceiling fan. Guests will enjoy access to a small fenced backyard, private parking for one mid-sized car or small SUV, and Google Fiber high-speed internet. Perfect for business travelers, students, or short vacations, the apartment is close to major attractions: Downtown/RiverWalk (10 min) The Pearl Brewery District (5 miles) Medical Center (12 min) Woodlawn Lake (2 blocks): Offers a public pool, park, and walking trails. Guest Access Guests have access to the entire studio, the fenced backyard, and the private rear driveway. Parking is limited to one mid-sized car or small SUV. Access is exclusively through the rear alleyway (enter via San Antonio St.); please do not use the front entrance of the main house. Other Notes This is a quiet historical neighborhood; please respect the peace and privacy of others. Smoking is not allowed inside. If smoking outdoors, dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
