Latest price to Reagan by bus and metro is around $2.50 and takes about 45 mins. 15 min Uber from airport (good traffic) for about $15-18. Boat stays a marina. Boat is available for seperate charter($) during stay if you wish to have driver cruise you around the amazing DC sights only found from the river.
